By the time our honeys reach your home tables, they have been carefully tested, cleaned from all wax particles and packaged in clean packakings which all have been certified as ones that meet norms of food containers. We are extremely particular when it comes to keeping our products clean. We systematically train our personell, raising the hygiene standards, and the quality of our products along with it. Every room and machine has a technical control, washing and disinfection plan. All of these activities are descibed in detail, documented and confirmed with systematic micro-biological tests. All of the results are archived.
Please be assured that our honeys has been purchased from bee yards that meet a certain standard of hygiene, and was sequentially packaged with the highest standard of care possible. In the process of condittionnement, all of the natural qualities of the honeys we offer have been preserved.
